Settling in at the new workshop
McKinlay Built is a family-run outfit taking on all sorts of projects across the construction, woodwork, and interiors world. We’ve just settled into our new workshop — a fair bit bigger than the last one — which means more space, more projects, and a bit less juggling for bench space. It’s already filling up with doors, wall panelling, and a few pieces of furniture that are shaping up nicely.
We’ve got some good-sized renovations coming up too, and it’s been great working more around Helensburgh since the move. There are some incredible homes around here, and further out towards Cove and Kilcreggan — if you’re into architecture and craftsmanship, it’s a brilliant part of the world to be working in.
As always, we’ve got a bit of a lead time, but we’re more than happy to put together costs and ideas for new projects. The best way to get in touch is through the Contact page on the site, or just give us a ring. There’s nearly always someone in the workshop, and if you’d like to pop by and see what we’re working on, we can sort that too.
When you reach out, you’ll be chatting to either Caleb or Gemma.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
